An ACT for the relief of the inhabitants of town[township] thirty-three north, of range three east, of the third principal meridian.

Duty of com’r[commissioner]
Sec.[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly, That it shall be the duty of the school commissioner and agent for the inhabitants of La Salle county, to receive from the treasurer of the trustees of schools in township thirty-three north, of range three east,2 the schedules of schools kept in said township for the year one thousand eight hundred and thirty-nine, and said commissioner shall pay their proportionable part that would have been due them, provided they had been presented according to law.
