An ACT to amend an act to incorporate the Hambleton Primary School.

Trustees to sue for monies not paid
Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly, That it shall be lawful for the trustees of the Hambleton primary school, in Jersey county, to sue for and recover all monies which may have been donated by Silas Hambleton for school purposes, which have not been paid over according to the provisions of the act to which this is an amendment. This act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
