Sec[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the state of Illinois represented in the General assembly, That it shall be lawful for the Trustees of the Hamelton primary School in Jersey county to sue for and receive all monies which may have been donated by Silas Hamelton for school purposes which have1 not been paid over according to the provisions of the act to which this is an amendment.

This act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage
