Sec [Section]1. Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General Ass[embly] That all that part of Town nineteen, situated in Range[Ten] in Vermilion County, be and the same is hereby attached to, and shall form apart of the School district situated on Range Eleven town [nineteen] in said County, and shall be subject to all the rules and regulations, and enjoy all the privileges and advantages which by law the School district situated in Range Eleven is now su[bject] to or enjoys.
Sec. 2. That the School Commissioner of Vermilion County be and is hereby authorized to sell all [school] lands situate in Range ten, town nineteen in said County, upon the presentation to him of a petition containing the names of four fifths of the legal voters of said range Ten town nineteen, signifying their willingness and desire to have the same sold.
Sec. 3. That said School Commissioner shall be governed in all respects in the sail of said School land as now governed in the sale of other School land in said County.
Sec 4 That the fund arising from the sale of [the] School land situated in Range ten, shall be used for the benefit of the School district composed of Range ten and eleven in town nineteen, so long as the said Ranges shall compose one School district and no longer.
