An act to legalize the acts of the Commissioners of Jasper County

Sec[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly, That the acts of the County Commissioners of the County of Jasper, in relation to the assessment and collection of the County and state tax, for the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty nine, be and the same are hereby legalized, and the County Commissioners Court for the said County, are hereby authorized to appoint a County Collector, to collect the County and state tax for the year aforesaid.
