Sec 1 Be it enacted by the people of the state of Illinois represented in the General assembly. That all money which is required, by the act to which this is a supplement, to be paid by the county commissioners of Piatt county to the County of Macon, shall be raised by additional assesment, from the inhabitants within the boundaries taken from the County of Macon, so that the inhabitants taken from that Part of De Witt which forms a part of Piatt county, shall not be required to pay any portion of the said indebtedness, to the County of Macon any provision contained in the act to which this a supplement to the contrary notwithstanding.
