An act to authorise the county Commissioners of Christian County to borrow money

Sec[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly. That the County Commissioners of Christian County, are hereby authorised to borrow, Twenty four hundred Dollars, to pay for the building of the Court House in the County aforesaid.

Sec 2 The Commissioners, are not hereby authorised, to pay more than twelve per cent interest per annum.
