Sec[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly. That the Collectors of the several Counties in this State, be and they are hereby authorized and required, to pay to the School Commissioners, of their respective Counties, the amount due such Counties respectively an account of interest on the School fund, upon the presentation of the proper Warrants therefor.
