Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the people of the state of Illinois represented in the General Assembly The circuit court of Cass County shall at the next term thereof give Judgements in behalf of the state for the taxes due upon lands situated in said county for the year one thousand eight hundred and thirty nine, upon the collector of said county giving the notice, and making the report, required by law, said Court is authorized to act in the premises as it might have done if the notice had been given and report made at the first term thereof in the year one thousand eight hundred and Forty, and all judgements and sales made under the provisions of this act shall stand in all respects as though the proceedings had been had at the time heretofore required by law.
Sec. 2. The collector of Cass County for the year, one thousand eight hundred and thirty nine is allowed until thirty days after the next term of the circuit court of said County to pay into the state and County Treasury the taxes uncollected upon lands in said County.
Sec. 3. The name of Hambleton in an “act to amend an act to incorporate the Hamilton primary school, approved January seventh one thousand eight hundred and forty-one whenever the same occurs is hereby changed to Hamilton
