Representatives; To Henry Moore of Chicago, five
Dollars for assisting the engrossing Clerks in
enrolling Bills: To Seth T. Sawyer four dollars
per day, for each day employed by him, in
^5^ assisting the engrossing and enrolling Clerks, to
be paid, on the Certificate of the Secretary of the Senate.
To Ewing Roberts, the sum of eight Dollars, for
^6^ furnishing the room of the engrossing Clerks, of both
Houses, with fine dining this session. To the Honble
R. B Servant, the sum of forty Dollars, to pay the
funeral expenses of the late Honble John Thompson, of the
^7^ House of Representatives; To Colman J. Gibson, and
John Fleming, the sum of one Dollar and fifty cents
each, for one days attendance as witnesses before the
^8^ committee of finance of the Senate: To R. M. Gordon
two Dollars and fifty cents, for putting up a Stove and pipe
^9^ in the Senate Chamber the last Session of the Legislature
To John Charter, for room rent for Council of Revision
^10^ thirty two Dollars: To William Thomas, the sum
^11^ of two dollars and twenty five cents, for postage on School
laws, forwarded to the printer: To william McConnell
for nine Dollars, for administering oaths of Office to
^12^ Members of the Senate, and for administering oaths to
witnesses, before the Committee of Finance of the Senate.

^13^ rendered as Assistant Serjeant at Arms in going to
Hillsborogh to summon John Tillson Jr to appear before
a Select Committee; appointed by Order of the Senate to
investigate certain charges.
To the Counties of Jackson & Frank[lin] [...?] of
five hundred Dollars each or [...?] money in
the Treasury arising from the sales of the Gallatin
^14^ County Saline lands. Provided this Act shall not
be so construed, as to effect the appropriations [...?] tofore
made to the Counties of Edgar, Coles and Clark.
