Amend the Bill as follows
9th section 25th line strike out the words “by the county commissioners aforesaid” and insert, “by
the said President and Trustees, within the limits of the land included in the Town
plat or some addition to said Town and ^not^ to contain less than one fourth of an acre of Ground”
27 line same section strike out “them” and insert [“]the county commissioners of said county.”
