A Bill for an act to increase the Election precincts in Morgan County.
Sec[Section] 1st Be it enacted by the people of the state of Illinois represented in the General assembly That the County Commissioners ^Court^ of Morgan Co. are hereby authorised to increase the number of Election precincts in said county
of Morgan to the number of twelve,
