On motion,

Resolved, That groceries of the smaller class be licensed to keep the same for $25 each for the period of two months from the time of taking out the same; and that Michel Glenn, John Delany and John Hancock be now decided as belonging to that class, and on application, according to law, they be entitled to receive licenses at the rate aforesaid.
