Be it Remembered that I John Kerton Proprietor of the Town of Bath as Laid out & Represented by the within Plat and Specification thereof made by A. Lincoln Dep[Deputy] Surveyor do hereby acknowledge the Same to be my voluntary act & Deed for the Purpose
therein expressed, And do hereby give & Donate to the Publick in common with myself all the Street[,] Alleys & Publick grounds belonging to Said Town for the benefit thereof forever.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto Set my hand & Seal this thirtieth day of November A.D. 1836.
