Brewer, John H.
Flourished: 1832-1857 Sangamon County, Illinois
In 1832, Brewer served alongside Abraham Lincoln in a company of mounted volunteer militia in the Black Hawk War. In 1857, he served as a juror in two trials in which Lincoln was an attorney.
