Anna M. Brawley was the sister and heir of Charles M. Randall. Born Anna M. Randall, she married William W. Brawley in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, in August 1840. The couple settled in Hamilton County, Ohio. In 1860, she was living in Miami Township with her husband and five children and her mother, Elizabeth Randall.
