Dollins, Achilles D.

Dollins married Priscilla Estes in 1830. He represented Franklin County in the Illinois House of Representative from 1836-1838. Dollins represented Williamson and Franklin counties in the Illinois State House from 1840-1842. He won reelection and represented Franklin County again from 1842-1844.
