Elmore, Thomas
Flourished: Menard County, Illinois
In 1836, Elmore was living in Sangamon County, Illinois, when he purchased a section of land that would later be subsumed into Menard County. In 1847, Elmore was a witness in a case that Abraham Lincoln litigated. Elmore lived in Menard County until at least 1848.
