Lincoln, Modecai (cousin)
Born: 1808-XX-XX Washington County, Kentucky
Mordecai Lincoln was a first cousin of President Abraham Lincoln and youngest son of Mordecai Lincoln. Around 1830, he moved with his family to Illinois, settling in Hancock County. In 1850, he was working as a cabinet maker and owned real estate valued at $200. In 1855, he was living on family land in what would become Fountain Green Township.
