McDaniel, Joseph S.

Born: 1829 Kentucky

Joseph S. McDaniel was a farmer. The youngest son of William and Margaret McDaniel and brother of James H. McDaniel, Joseph moved with his family to Sangamon County, Illinois, in 1833, settling near Mechanicsburg. As an adult, he lived for a time in Farmington, Iowa.
