Scott, John T.
Flourished: 1830-1848 Tazewell County, Illinois
Scott lived in Tazewell County, as early as 1830. In 1834, he was an agent for the Sangamo Journal and served as postmaster for Pleasant Grove. In 1841, Scott was involved in a case with Abraham Lincoln, in the Tazewell County Circuit Court. Scott lived in Tazewell County until at least 1848.
