Teter, Abraham
In 1797, Abraham Teter left Randolph County, Virginia, and settled in Monroe County, Illinois. In 1803 or 1804, he moved to Saint Clair County, where he and his wife Mary raised eleven children, including Solomon Teter and Abigail Estep. He and his wife were members of the Old Silver Creek Baptist Church. He died sometime before 1831.
