Sec[Section] 1st Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois, represented in the General assembly That Charles J. Wilman, and Charles J. Weed, be, and they are hereby, autherized, to establish and keep a ferry on the Little Wabash River, at their mill near Carmi, to be Subject to the Same rules and regulations, as now or hereafter may be, provided
by Law, the rates of toll to be prescribed by the county-commissioners’ court of white county, This act to be in full force from and after its passage.
