AN ACT to authorize Wilman and Weed to establish a Ferry on the Little Wabash River.
1Wilman and Weed authorized to keep a ferry on Little Wabash.
Sec.[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly, That Charles J. Wilman and Charles J. Weed be, and they are hereby authorized to establish and keep a ferry on the Little Wabash river, at their mill near Carmi, to be subject to the same rules and regulations as now or hereafter may be provided
by law, the rates of ferriage to be prescribed by the county commissioners’ court of White county.
This act to be in full force from and after its passage.
