Sec[Section] 1st Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly.
That so much of the act approved March the 23rd 1829, as relates to marks and brands be and the same is hereby revived, and Shall be Printed with the Laws of the present general assembly. This act to be in force from and after its passage
