AN ACT for the relief of the Sheriff of Union County.
1Sec.[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly, That Champion Anderson, Sheriff of Union county, be, and he is hereby allowed, out of the State Treasury, the sum of twenty-eight
dollars and seventeen cents, in full for his services as Sheriff of Union county, in selling Bank property.

1John Dougherty introduced HB 90 in the House of Representatives on January 8, 1835. On January 12, the House referred it to a select committee.
The select committee reported back the bill on January 26 without amendment. The
House tabled the bill. On January 28, the House resumed consideration and referred
the bill to the Committee on Finance. The Committee on Finance reported back the
bill on January 31 without amendment, recommending its passage. The House then passed
the bill. On February 2, the Senate tabled the bill. On February 3, the Senate took up the bill and passed it. On February
7, the Council of Revision approved the bill and the act became law.
