Sec.[Section] 1st Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly, That the road as now laid out from Mount Vernon in Jefferson County by way of E. Mauldings Mill to Fairfield in Wayne County be and the Same is hereby declared a state road, This act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
