Sec[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly; That the act entitled “An act authorizing a review and relocation of a part of the State road from Vincennes to chicago,” be, and the same is hereby revived and continued in force for two years from and after the passage of this act.

Sec 2 The commissioners in said act named to which this is an amendment may at any time after the passage hereof take the oath prescribed by said act and enter upon and perform and duties in said recited act Provided the acts of a majority thereof shall be a sufficient compliance with said act to all intents and purposes as is by the said act contemplated as fully to every intent and purpose as if done originally within the time named therein.

This act to be in force from and after its passage.
