Sec[Section]. 1st Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois Represented in the general assembly, that the Sheriffs of the several Counties in this State be and they are required to deliver fourth with to the Clerk of the county commissioners court of their respective counties all the unsold revised Laws of 1833, which they have
on sale for the State under the provisions of the several acts. Declareing what Laws of a General nature shall be published with the acts of a general nature
of this Session approved march the 2nd 1833, and also the act to amend the aforesaid act approved January the 31st 1835.
Sec 2. and that it shall be the duty of the clerk of Clerks of the several county commissioners courts of this State to receive and receipt for the above named Laws and distribute them to such officers
in their respective counties as have not been supplied and are entitled to them in
the same manner as the other Laws are distributed. This act to be in force from and
after its passage, any Law to the contrary notwithstanding.
