Sec[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the people of the state of Illinois Represented in the General Assembly That the act entitled “An act to locate a certain state road therein named” Approved January 13^th 1836. Appointing Commissioners to locate a state road from Bon Pas Bridge in Edwards County, to Bedell[’]s Mills, on the Wabash river in Wabash County, be, and the same is hereby declared to be in full force and effect. Provided that the Commissioners named in said act shall locate the same, within six months from and after the passage of this act
