Whereas “an act to which this is a supplement passed at the present General Assembly authorising a special election to be held in the Appalonia District, for one additional Justice of the peace, and Constable, and the time having elapsed when said Election should have been held under said act, Therefore,

Sec[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly,

That the Clerk of the County Commissioners Court of Morgan County shall cause an Election to be held in the Town of Appalonia, in the month of April next, for the Election of one additional Justice of the peace and Constable, who; when elected shall be qualified to office, and hold their offices as provided in the act to which this is a supplement.
