A Bill
For an act to Change part of a State Road in the County of Edgar
sec.[section] 1st Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly That so much of the State Road leading from the West End of Court Street, in the
Town of Paris in Edgar County towards Springfield and Grandview as lies within sixty Rods of the west End of said street and which runs on the Land
of Leander Munsell may be so altered, as to run strait with said street fifty five Rods west thence angling so as to intersect the present
Road Provided, in the opinion of the county commissioners the said alteration will
not be detrimental to the Publick interest, and Provided also, that no Expence shall be incured by the Publick thereby, nor injury to private property
sect 2 This act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage
