Sec[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois Represented in the General Assembly That Calvins Slough in the County of Green is hereby declared a navigable Stream And Public highway from its confluence with the Illinois River to the Town of Bluffdale.
Sec. 2. This act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage
