And furthermore, that, there is no Notary Public in the [?] Precinct of [?] Town, and but one in aforesaid county; that he resides at Hillsboro and that in cases if any require public ^legal^ pretestations of Bills of Exchange promisory notes &c for non-acceptance or non-payment the distance between Hilsboro [?] northwest part of the county, would [?]
