Sec[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly, That the sum of five hundred dollars out of the sum directed by the act to which this is a supplement to be expended on the road leading from Augusta, in Pike county, via Pittsfield, New Hartford and Atlas to Burnetts ferry, on the Mississippi river, be, and the same is hereby appropriated to the improvement of the road leading from Phillips ferry to Pittsfield, which sum is in addition to the sum heretofore appropriated.

Sec 2 That the Sum of five hundred dollars in addition to the sum heretofore appropriated for the improvement of the road from Perry to the Illinois river, is hereby appropriated to the further Improvement of said road; which sum shall be taken from the sum provided by the act to which this is a supplement, to be expended on the road from Augusta via Pittsfield, New Hartford and Atlas to Burnetts ferry on the Mississippi river; any thing ^any thing in the act to which this is a spplement[supplement]^ to the contrary notwithstanding. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.)
