Sec[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly, That all that county road in McLean county, beginning at Bloomington and running by the lands of William Bishop to the town of Le Roy, thence by the lands of David Nott, Aquilla Conaway, John W. Baddelly and Henry Merrifield, to Mount Pleasant, thence to intersect the State road leading from Danville by the way of Urbana, at the east boundary line of said county, be, and the same is hereby declared a State road; and so much of said road as lies within the recorded plat of the town of Le Roy with the additions, is hereby vacated.
