Sec[Section] 1 Be it Enacted by the People of the State of Illinois Represented in the General Assembly. That the surveys, plats, certificates of Surveys[,] and of ^certificates^ acknowledgements, with the record thereof of Dresden, and Utica, Towns in the County of Lasalle, heretofore made not in exact [conformity] to Law Shall be hereafter considered valid and sufficient in all cases whatever any one or more of the provisions of the act entitled “an act providing for the Recording of Town plats” to the contrary notwithstanding. As much so as if every requirement of said act had been fully and completely complyed with in respect to said Towns.
