Sec.[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly, That from and after the removal of the Treasurers office from Vandalia to Springfield the State Bank of Illinois shall be used by the Treasurer as the place of depositing the public money instead of the Branch Bank at Vandalia under the provisions of the act entitled “An act to provide for the safe Keeping and security of the public Money” approved on the fourth day of March One Thousand Eight hundred and thirty seven
