An Act to legalize the sale of Section Sixteen in Township Nine North of Range Two East in the County of Knox.

Sec[Section]. 1. Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois Represented in the General Assembly, That the sales heretofore made by the School Commissioner of Knox County, of Section N^o sixteen in township N^o Ten ^Nine^ North of the base line of Range N^o Two East of the fourth principal meridian in said County, and of every part and parcel thereof be and the same are hereby Ratified and confirmed; and the titles acquired under such sales are hereby declared valid to all intents and purposes both in law and equity, as fully as if all the provisions of law Relating to the sales of school lands had been strictly pursued and complied with.

Sec. 2. This act shall be in force from and after its passage.
