Sec[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly, That so much of the State road leading from East Nelson to Leroy, in McLean county, as lies in town ship twenty one north of range four east shall here after be located as follows, towit: commencing at the southeast corner of section thirty one in said town ship, thence running west eight roods; thence north one mile; thence eastwardly so as to intersect the present location
on the nearest and best route, and so much of the old road as lies between the said
points, is hereby vacated. This act to be in force from and after its passage.
