Sec.[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly, That so much of the road as lies between flat Creek, in Fayette county and the East Fork bridge, in Marion county, on the road leading from Vandalia to [?]be, and the same is hereby declared a State [Road?] according to the present worked route, and that the same shall be kept in repair
as other State roads, any act to the contrary notwithstanding. This act to take effect
from and after its passage.
