Whereas in the opinion of this General assembly the equal distribution of the county commissioners through The several counties in
this state Would grately accomadate the intrusts of each County inasmuch as the County Commissoners are the representatives of the wishes and intrusts of The different parts of thear Counties In the county courts there of, therefore

Sec[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois that represented in The general assembly
That the county commissioners Courts of the several counties in This state shal at thear June term Next proceed to district thear Respective counties into three several Destricts as nearly equal in terretory As in thear opinion the convenience Of the enhabiance will permit to Be called commissoners destricts And shal designate the same by nombers one[,] two[,] and three on The record books of thear respective Counties expressly defineing the Boundries of each destrict

Sec 3 Any person who shal hereafter Be elected county commissoner In any of the aforesaid destrictsAnd shal afterwards remove from said destrict shal thereby vacate Such office and the same measures Shal be taken to fill such Vakency as now are or here after May be grated by law
Sec 4 Nothing in this act shal be so construed as to prevent any Legal voater in any part of The county from voating for Said commissoners nor to compell the commissoners of any county to destrict thear County if a majority of the voaters in the county^,^
