Sec.[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the people of the state of Illinois represented in the General assembly,
That in the year of one thousand eight hundred and Forty two and forever thereafter the spring terms of the circuit Courts for the counties of Champaign and Coles shall be held as follows viz, in the county of Champaign on the third mondays in March, and in2 the County of Coles on the thursdays thereafter
Sec. 2. The third section of the act entitled []an act fixing the times of holding the spring terms of the circuit courts in the counties of Coles and Champaign and authorizing an additional term of the circuit Courtsof Vermilion and Edgar counties” is hereby repealed.
This act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
