An ACT to amend an act entitled “An act to authorize Daniel F. Hitt to build a mill-dam.
1Part of act amended.
Sec.[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly, That the act approved March the second, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-nine,
entitled “An act to authorize Daniel F. Hitt to build a mill-dam,” and to which this is amendatory, shall be so far amended and altered as to read in “township thirty-three north,”
instead of “twenty-three north,” as mentioned in said act.2
