Sec[Section] 6. The Judge of the 1^st Judicial District is hereby directed to appoint a Clerk of the Circuit Court for said County immediately

Sec 7. The circuit Court of said County shall be held on the 1^st Monday in September and the last Monday in March in each year.

Sec. 8. So much of the 5th Section of the “act for the formation of the County of Cass” as requires said County to vote with the County of Morgan for senators until the next apportionment is hereby repealed.
