Gilmore Clerk of the Circuit court of said county William Denison and more fully to explain in relation to the above map or plat of the Town of New Boston and acknowledged that the in and out Lots[,] streets and alleys as represented in the above plat to Bound on the River reserving the Right and privalege of the Ferry The intire length of the above plat.
In Testimony whereof I the said Clerk do hereunto set my hand and affix my private seal (having no Official seal) this 12th day of July A.D. 1836.
