Mr. Canedy was chosen President pro tem.
Mr. Canedy presented the petition of Mr. Roll for liberty to fence up a portion of a certain Street. Laid on the table.
Mr Canedy and Mr. Lincoln were appointed a committee to report at the next meeting the proper width of side walks on 4th Street.

Mr Rogue, who had been employed for that purpose, made a report, fixing the grade of the public square, in part, accompanied with profiles.
