State of Illinois of the one part, and Hezekiah King of St. Louis of the other part Witnesseth that the said George Warburton for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred dollars to him in hand part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained and sold and by
these presents does grant, bargain and sell unto the said Hezekiah King all my interest in the town of Petersburg consisting of Lots with the building thereon as numbered on the Plat of said town and recorded in Springfield
To have and to hold to him the said Hezekiah King his heirs and assigns forever the above described premises, together with all and
singular and privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining
and the said George Warburton does hereby for himself his heirs, executors and administrators, covenant to and
with the said Hezekiah King his heirs and assigns forever to warrant and defend the title of said town property against the claim or claims of all persons claiming or to claim tittle to the sameIn testimony whereof the said George Warbarton hath hereunto set his hand & seal this day and year first above written
