This Indenture made this1 twenty ninth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty three between Silas Watkins of the county of Sangamon and State of Illinois of the one part and Charles Bell of the County and State aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth That the said Silas Watkins for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has given granted bargained and sold and by these presents does give grant bargain and sell all his right title interest and estate in and to the East half of the East half of the North East quarter of Section Nineteen in the Township Eighteen North of Range Seven West Containing Forty Acres2 To have and to hold to the said Charles Bell his heirs and assigns forever the above tract or parcel of Land together with all and singular the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging and the said Silas Watkins does covenant to and with the said Charles Bell to Warrant and forever defend the title of Said land against the Claim or Claims of any and all person or persons whomsoever
