Section 1^st Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General assembly. That the county commissioners Court of Morgan County are hereby authorised, to increase the number of Election Precincts in Said County of Morgan, to the number of twelve one of which shall be established at Manchester one at Naples one at Meridocia and one at Bethel in Said County

Section 2^sd
That Their Shall be an additional Election precinct, in Madison County which shall be at the house of Isom Vincent, in said County
